There is no reason to stay in this hotel but to be close to the airport. Having said that, I will book a different hotel in case I find myself in the same situation. The reception was manned by rude "teenagers" who didn't know what service means. My room had dust bunnies as I believe occupancy is just starting to go up due to the weather. All in all, it addressed the need to be close to the airport and that's it - full stop.

Pleasant well kept satellite town outside Paris.
Pleasant well kept satellite town outside Paris.
Local residents were very friendly and helpful.
Some local shops appeared to be closed but still enough small shops in the local area for basic provisions and two large supermarkets near the train station.
Easy access to city and Charles De Gaulle airport.

Goussainville itself was not that pretty or nice (compared to many places in France) but the location was convenient for what we wanted. This is a good place for a base but not a great place for a vacation unless you have your own car.

Check in was supposed to start at 15:00 we arrived 1540 and there was no one at the property. Landlord operates this property remotely. The place is basement flat with shared access to other properties. When we knocked quite a few times then a lady came down and she said we'rent you supposed to come in the night? and it was all surprise for us. We asked for a check in and she said it will take another half n hour for a property to be ready. So after half and hour she let us in and asked for PIN which we never received. We messaged the property and after a while we were given the PIN to access key to the door. We booked the property for 4 people so we were expecting everything accordingly. Only 2 towels were provided which seemed dirty. Bathroom has broken toilet with clean mob and brush inside that makes it more smelly. Wash basin doesnt drain the water at all. so we had to use tub. Only 2 pillows were provided and other 2 pillows were actually in use and very dirty then we decided not to use them. there was no linen provide for 2nd bed. Kitchen was ok but all the cupboard had all the left over foods still there. Sate of plates and dishes were not upto the standard. There was no dining table or chair so expect to eat standing. Landlor had dumped few old sofas which are of no use. Overall property hasnt met any of the facilities it offered. I would advise to stay away from it as it will be a wastage of money.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The owner upgraded us to a family room with large balcony when he heard we were passing through on our honeymoon.
Inexpensive coffee and tea was available in the reception area. The hotel is located close to the small local train station but as there is no entrance on the hotel side of the tracks you do have to walk about 5 minutes to reach the main entrance. The hotel was very clean and a pleasant stay if you want to be relatively near the airport.
I really liked this hotel, was perfect location for me near the airport and near the exhibition centre that I visitied daily. Staff on reception and owner was very accomodating and helpful, went above and beyond. Good size room with balcony, good value for the money, bed was comfortable enough. Even tough is near the airport I slept like a baby. Fresh croissant daily and good coffee or tea. I recommend Saglam and will definately visit again when I am back.
This is a fine hotel for staying 1 or 2 nights. We had a balcony where we sat out in the heat of the evening and played cards. The room was clean. It is pretty far from the airport as I expected, but takes 30 minutes to get back to airport. 3 markets and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly even when I complained about no ice available. (The desk even clerk offered try to make some ice for us.)
Yeah what should I say... It's a airport hotel. The stuff at the checkin counter were really friendly. Location is okay to come to the airport and it seems save. Parking lot is a restricted area. It was a clean area and really for one night okay. The bed with the pillows, blanket and madress was more comfortable than I expected! Bathroom was clean and not to old and not run down.
It was an easy connection with the 9518 bus from the airport to the hotel and back. It’s about a 15 min walk from the metro/RER station. For an economical stay during the world rugby finals it was fine. Property manager was lovely and helpful Room was clean and comfortable. Nice to have shopping right across the street
I stay 3 nights but no one come to clean the room or change bed sheets.
Only the change towels.
No facilities in room.
I don't recommend to stay in this hotel.
I request to change the room because if triple bed over my head but staff lady refuse.
I hurt my head 3 times over the triple bed.
It was close to CDG airport and provided what we were seeking for our last few nights in France. There was plenty to eat for breakfasts and there are some good restaurants nearby. We really liked the restaurant kaffem at 49 Bd Paul Vaillant Couturier., Goussainville
I didn’t like the area , looks like a project appartement just right to the hotel. And we have to pay $184 US dollars for one night my wife and I plus two toddlers in one single rom. Too expensive
Good personal. Everything is clear and fresh. Good parking place just beforehand the hotel.
The territory is closed during nighttime.
25‐30 km from the downtown area of Paris.
Thank you Lio for your grand hospitality. The hotel was really clean and we loved it.
We will definitely choose you again when next we return in France.

The staff were really lovely and very helpful. The hotel was well located for the train into Paris and the motorway. The rooms were clean and functional.
